The Opportunity

I’m a founder running multiple ventures in the health, CPG, and content space (Healthyish Content, 5HT, and Fixie Dust), and I’m looking for a sharp, proactive part-time Communications Consultant to help build my personal authority—and by extension, the authority of Healthyish Content.

This role is focused on internal PR + thought leadership. You’ll help position me as a go-to expert across health, content, and marketing by pitching speaking opportunities, securing expert quotes, placing guest content, and amplifying the work we’re already doing. I’m looking for someone who understands how authority is actually built—through consistent visibility, strong writing, smart pitching, and follow-through. You should be a genuinely excellent writer, highly organized, and comfortable operating with minimal hand-holding.

You’ll Own Work Like:

• Pitching me for conference speaking gigs, panels, podcasts, and events
• Outreach to journalists, editors, and content teams for expert quotes, interviews, and commentary
• Writing and placing guest blog posts, contributed articles, and newsletter features
• Helping shape and polish my thought leadership POV across health, content, and marketing
• Supporting promotion of Healthyish Content work (case studies, big launches, standout wins)
• Light LinkedIn and newsletter amplification (what’s worth sharing, where, and how)
• Maintaining a simple pipeline of pitches, placements, follow-ups, and wins
• Spotting timely opportunities where my perspective should be in the conversation
• Acting as a strategic partner on “where should my voice show up next?”

You Are:

• A strong writer—clear, confident, and editorially sharp
• Comfortable pitching and following up without being annoying or spammy
• Organized, proactive, and allergic to dropped balls
